Actors Sanjay Dutt and Suniel Shetty, in coordination with minister Aslam Shaikh, have come ahead to assist Mumbai’s dabbawalas.

The lockdown has been a battle for Mumbai’s dabbawalas whose on-time meal supply system used to feed lots of of Mumbaikars day by day. Actors Sanjay Dutt and Suniel Shetty, in coordination with Aslam Shaikh, cupboard minister for Textiles, Port, Fisheries & & Guardian Minister-Mumbai Metropolis, have come ahead to assist them by offering meals to affected households.
Suneil instructed Mumbai Mirror, “It is an initiative began by Aslam Bhai and Sanju, I had no hesitation in becoming a member of fingers with them. Prema Cha Dabba turns into much more stunning when everybody will get collectively.”
Meals vehicles have already been despatched to Pune, the place a bulk of those dabbawalas have camped themselves. Up to now 800 kits of rice, dal, sugar, atta and oil have been delivered to Khed and Malval. Suniel’s NGO named Save The Kids India is executing the mission to make sure that the meals reaches them instantly with none center man.
“The NGO has employees on floor to look into every little thing. We have now a three-month plan in place,” stated Suniel, including that they intend to achieve 5000 households.
Sanjay Dutt stated, “The group that after fed so many in Mumbai is dealing with hunger right now. So, we’re delivering them our dabbas with a lot of love.”
